Stephanie Elise is a notable business connoisseur with decades of business building experience. Her father led by example, being the founder of his landscaping company. Stephanie’s dad extended an opportunity to oversee operations. It was her honor to work side by side with him, and although her father has since transitioned, she owns and operates her landscaping business surpassing five years.
As Stephanie believes in generational wealth, her involvement in family-owned business didn’t stop there. She found interest in a tax franchise, owned by her stepmom. Soon after, Prosperity Financial Services (PFS) was founded in 2003, providing dedicated and personalized tax services to its consumers. PFS was owned and managed by Stephanie for several years. Now retired from actively providing tax solutions, the company thrives under the management of the family. Since passing the torch she recently launched the Prestige Income Tax in a Box Franchise. Making her the first black woman owned franchisor to create the first homebase model income tax service in 2021.
In 2013 Stephanie decided to shift into the shapewear industry. At that time, the global market value was $46.8 million, and Pretty Girls Waisted launched providing shapewear and non-invasive body contouring. In 2020 adding health and wellness products through network marketing and dominated her online health and wellness brand. Stephanie was awarded Top Enroller ranking #9 out of 300,000 affiliates in the company for 2022. Diversifying her professional portfolio to real estate, Stepanie became skilled at purchasing and managing income properties, short term rentals and now a general contractor. Stephanie believes in community building, educating and empowering women. As an author and media host she teaches them how tap into their full earning potential.
