Rese Carter is from the beautiful island of Jamaica, home of Bob Marley (reggae icon) and Usain Bolt (fastest man on the planet). Rese’s journey with health & wellness began at home on KenRoyale’s estate, an organic farm ran by both her parents.

Rese received her Master of Science in Nutrition & Integrative Health, from the number one Integrative Health University in the United States, Maryland University of Integrative Health. Rese is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist® (CNS®), Certified Health & Lifestyle Coach and is a proud ambassador of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

Rese is trained in over 100 dietary theories, chronic diseases, pathophysiology (the root of diseases), medical nutrition therapy, use of herbs, and medical-grade supplements. Rese believes in personalized eating plans, supported by integrative practices.

Rese specializes in female hormone health. She also frequently works with clients with lifestyle dis-Eases such as hypertension, high cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, obesity, sleep disorder, anxiety, and digestive issues.

In her spare time, Rese enjoys cycling, hiking, yoga, volunteering, and creating recipes (@coachrese, @realvibrantfoods) to see some of her delicious recipes.
